Lenard Santiago gave this response when asked about the victory of CEU Scorpions against the OC Sea Lions on Thursday.
Santiago was once again hailed as the ‘Best Player of the Game’ after scoring 20 points on four triples, towing the Sea Lions to their sixth win. Henry Agunanne registered 11 points and Franz Diaz and Jerome Santos both listed 8 points.
After winning the game yesterday, the Scorpions extended their winning streak to eight and claimed the first seat of the semi-finals this season.
The Mendiola-based squad remains unbeaten since the Universities and Colleges Basketball League Season 5’s first round of eliminations in November.
